General Terms and Conditions

Applicability

The orders processed by Naef Spiele Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of purchase. The terms and conditions are available on the website.

Contract conclusion

Orders are confirmed in writing (via email) and the confirmation of order contains the essential data regarding the order. The sales and purchase contract takes effect upon the buyer’s placement of order.

Privacy


The buyer agrees that personal data submitted and registered in the process of the placement of order may be stored, processed, and used for contract purposes and in agreement with the applicable privacy policies.

Terms of delivery


Items are delivered to Switzerland and EU countries only. Delivery of in-stock items usually takes a few days only. Shipment is normally sent by Swiss Post. Shipment costs are calculated according to the weight of the merchandise and the chosen shipping mode.

Offers/prices

Designs and/or technological aspects of the merchandise are subject to change (and may be altered in order to enhance the functionality and quality of items), as is the description, visual display, and price of the merchandise. Errors and omissions accepted. All prices are benchmark retail prices, continuously adjusted to the current market, and are inclusive of Swiss VAT. The prices for EU countries do not include VAT. The corresponding VAT amounts are levied upon delivery by the postal organization of the destination country, and must be paid by the customer in his country.

Terms of shipment / terms of payment


Within Switzerland, shipment of merchandise of over 100 CHF is free of charge. All orders are shipped via Post Pac Economy or Post Pac Priority service. The payment method for orders within Switzerland is either credit card or postal invoice (payable net within 30 days after date of issuance). Within the EU region, the only payment method is credit card. The credit cards accepted are Mastercard/Visa. All personal and financial information is treated confidentially and is encrypted. Naef Spiele Inc. reserves the right to make its acceptance of an order conditional upon a satisfactory credit assessment of the buyer.

Warranty


Naef Spiele Inc. warrants to the buyer that the merchandise is free from defects in material and workmanship and guarantees optimal customer support. It is the buyer’s contractual obligation to check the purchased merchandise for defects immediately upon delivery. Damages from shipping are to be reported immediately to the respective carrier. Any material defects are to be reported to info@naefspiele.ch within one week. For further information, see “right of revocation”.

Transfer of title and risk

Title and risk shall pass to the customer upon shipment of the order.
